THE CONCEPT OF PEDAGOGIC INSTITUTE DEVELOPMENT OF TAMBOV STATE UNIVERSITY NAMED AFTER G.R. DERZHAVIN

Abstract

The necessity of effective regional educational policy realization is founded. Scientifically-based concept of regional systems of education reformation performance is established. The main features of educational systems regionalization are revealed. The importance of web interaction of split-level educational institutions of the region is proved. As one of dominating directions of Tambov State University named after G.R. Derzhavin activities the development of Pedagogy Institute basing on web interaction with education organizations on federal and regional levels taking into consideration relevant and prospective needs of the region are considered. Taking into consideration the existing state strategy documents in the sphere of education and analysis it is clear that Tambov region needs pedagogic staff. So the concept of Pedagogy Institute development was worked out. Three phases of aims connected with reformations in educational, scientific-research and pedagogic work of the institute and variants of these problems decision are proposed. Hierarchy structure of multi-level educational complex where every ex-level provides the work of the following is developed and described. The attention is paid to connection of the second level (secondary vocational education) and the third level (higher education). The advantages of multi-level complex of continuous pedagogic education comparing to isolated educational institutions are considered. The creation of web Pedagogy Institute the centre of which will be Pedagogy Institute of Tambov State University named after G.R. Derzhavin is founded.
