Abstract

Severe requirements to references all over the world are given. Scientific article with representational references demonstrates professional outlook and quality of research of its authors. Opportunities of Scopus and other databases allow to take into account publications of authors, institutions, journals, countries and to determine their citation, to use the data for the relevance of scientific fields and specific studies. It is necessary to submit separately Bibliography and bibliography in the Latin alphabet, called References , without mixing them with each other in order to make links work both in RSCI and international citation indices.
