Abstract

The problem of methods of patients’ physical rehabilitation improvement with motive-coordinating disorders of various aetiology is still relevant, as the amount of the handicapped in Russia has the tendency to increase. The research of motive disorders of patients with disseminated sclerosis revealed such types of locomotion as walking and vertical stability. It is fairly believed that systematic use of physical exercises, the basis of which is goal-directed motive action let restore or compensate physical abilities, increase the level of development of physical qualities, functional state of human’s organism. Coordinating abilities, to which the processes of human’s pose regulation are referred, the ability to keep balance take an important place in the researches of different functions of the organism regulations. At the moment one of the methods of static balance diagnostics is posturography - registration of general pressure centre movement at the plane with the help of the platform at strain gauge. The results of posturography research of patients with disseminated sclerosis, carried out within the framework of experiment on efficiency of physical rehabilitation methods estimation are given. The results of posturography confirm the positive dynamics of the results - the decrease of center of pressure area in frontal and sagittal plane, the decrease of posturography length, the decrease of center of pressure of body vibration at patients of experimental group. Statistical comparison of the results of the forming experiment in experimental groups according to the three following parameters: the estimation of vertical stability according to the scale Bohannon, estimation of cerebellar functional system according to the scale Kurtzke, the scale of incapacitation according to EDSS and let confirm the efficiency of the developed methods of physical rehabilitation.
