Abstract
The current state of education development can be hardly imagined without the use of Information and Communication Technologies. They make the educational process go in a higher level and provide interaction, visualization and learner-centered teaching. However, the use of modern Information and Communication Technologies in education requires new educational technologies. One of them is the technology “flipped classroom”. It means that students study new material and do required tests outside the classroom and then discuss it and do problem-solving tasks in class. The teacher uploads audio- and video lectures, presentations and instructions using some sort of the Internet applications or educational platforms. The advantages of the “flipped classroom” are the following: availability of the learning content, possibility of studying at any place, learner-centered approach, increase of the teacher-student interaction and the effective management of class time. For the flipping being successful some conditions should be observed. The teacher should explain to the students the goals and the planned results and stress the importance of lectures. The teacher should trace the success and the failure of his students in completing the tasks. Moreover, the educator is to use the centralized source for distributing the content and organize students’ interaction by means of forum, chat or blog. One of the effective educational platforms is “YourStudy”. The advantages of the platform are the following: it is free, it has no limit on the number of students, it has a wide range of instruments for the effective organization and management of the educational process.

Abstract
Issues related to adjusting to the educational process of physical training of cadets of the first course of the military medical academy are discussed. The relevance of the study of adaptive mechanisms of the organism of students-freshmen during the beginning of their training at the military university is proved. The need to increase physical activity for more successful adaptation of students-freshmen to study at the military university is proved. Studies of adaptation potential of students-freshmen, evaluated by the following methods: determination of adaptive capacity according to the method of R.M. Baevsky, evaluation of Robinson’s index or “double work” (for the purpose of quantitative characteristics of the systolic heart function), determination of the adaptation of the energy potential are presented. The estimation of these parameters is based on the study of functional possibilities of organism of students-freshmen, namely cardiovascular and respiratory systems, as well as on the account of height, weight and age of the subjects. The results of research of functional possibilities of organism of students, namely: heart rate reductions before and after exercise, systolic and diastoliction in blood pressure at rest and at the peak of training on the load are also presented. Abstract
Historical aspects of ballet education development are considered. The role of Peter the Great the reformer of cultural life of Russia is marked, as he introduced music and dance in Russian society everyday life. Fomin and many other masters of dance art, who made a great input in the formation of Russian choreography. The peculiarities of program-methodological support of ballet education in different historical periods are revealed. The archive materials of Saint-Petersburg Theatre School and Moscow Emperor’s Theatre Academy, establishing the system of ballet professional education: criteria and order of admission, principles and content of educational work and etc. The idea of graded (additive) preparation of ballet artists as organizational form of education, integrating general-theoretical and special (performance, pedagogic, choreographic) preparation is founded. The federal state educational standards of secondary vocational education in the sphere of choreography are analyzed. The organizational-structural formations in the system of ballet dancers’ preparation are revealed.
